The online portal includes the following: mobile access, eBilling (paperless bills), enhanced Time-of-Use charts, data downloads, a price plan comparison tool, alerts for predicted Time-of-Use charges and a “Pay My Bill” option.

Oakville Hydro's eBilling option lets you see your bills at-a-glance online. eBilling is free, secure and convenient. Oakville Hydro will email you each time a new bill is available for your review. Any customer who currently has an active account with Oakville Hydro can join this free service, which is available to both residential and commercial customers.
