Oakville Hydro’s Commitment to Customer Service Leads to OEA Award

(Oakville, ON) September 27, 2018 - Oakville Hydro is pleased to receive the Ontario Energy Association’s (OEA’s) Customer Service Award for its commitment and progressive work in embarking on an ambitious multi-year program to develop and implement a long-term Customer Service Vision and Strategy.  Oakville Hydro was presented the award at a ceremony in Toronto on September 24, 2018.  

“Customer service excellence is a critical component of Oakville Hydro’s business and its importance is a key focus”, said Rob Lister, President and CEO of Oakville Hydro.  “Thank you to the OEA for this acknowledgement and for recognizing our focus on customer service excellence.”
